Are silicone teethers safe for my baby? 

YES!  We dedicate ourselves on providing safe and secure teething toys for your child. All of our items are inspected before being sent out to the customer.  All of our products are BPA free, lead free, 100% non-toxic, PVC free, mercury free, made of 100% food grade silicone and compliant with Canada safety guidelines. Although we strive for safety, like many teething toys, our products should always be used under parental supervision.  Do not allow your baby or child to sleep with any of our products.  Inspection of your items should be done regularly.  Immediately discontinue use of products if damage or wear is detected.  Teether Totter is not liable for any problems that could arise from improper use or failure to detect damage or wear. 

Are wood teethers or rings safe for a baby? 

YES!  Wood teethers, rings and beads are a great way to introduce your baby to new textures.  Lots of babies enjoy the counter pressure on their gums and teeth during the teething stage.  All of our wood products are a North American sourced maple and comes untreated, due to possible allergies.  Simply use your choice of consumable oil (olive oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil, etc.) or local beeswax and rub over the entire wooden surface with your fingers or cloth.  Do not submerge wood in oil or water.  If wood looks dried out, retreat the wood with oil or beeswax.  Wood products may be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. 

What is your turn around time? 

For in-stock items, we strive to have these products shipped out as soon as possible.  Our current turn around time is about 2-3 weeks. We are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the viral outbreak in our country, shipping times have slowed down, which have impacted how quickly we can get supplies in, as well as getting your orders out to you.

Currently, letter mail will take approximately 6-10 business days, and parcels will take about 3-6 business days. If you have any problems with the shipping or delivery for your purchase (e.g., your item states it has been delivered but was not), please contact us as soon as possible. 

If I am local, can I pick up my items?

YES!  We offer free local pick up in Saskatoon, SK.  Please select this option at check out. You will be sent pick up information when your order is ready.

We also have a local delivery option as well that is available for Saskatoon, Martensville and Warman addresses only. If you reside outside of these 3 cities, please choose an alternative option. We are currently offering free porch delivery during the pandemic. 

If you chose local pick up and are not local, we will send an invoice for the proper shipping amount.  Your purchase will not be mailed out until the shipping fee is paid. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept items to be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.  If your purchase is missing an item or contains the wrong items, please contact us and we will get the missing items to you as soon as we can.  Since all of our items are handmade, there is potential for items to be slightly varied. 

What is the best way to clean my product?

To clean any of our products, we suggest using a damp cloth, mild soap and then to spot clean.  All products that only contain silicone products are freezer safe.  Do not submerge wood products in water.
